There is a 24-hour cancellation policy in the event you cannot keep your appointment. This gives me the opportunity to offer your space to another client. Many of my clients schedule several appointments in advance so they can get their choice of dates and times. Please consider doing the same so that you too can have a schedule that suits you best.
